Interplan Congress & Events is the appointed official housing agency for ECTS 2022 in Helsinki and is the only company offering accommodation on behalf of ECTS. Beware of agencies and websites offering services linked to the ECTS Congress in Helsinki (mostly registration and accommodation). These organisations are not linked to ECTS and are using our name and /or logo without authorisation.
Please note that due to Helsinki’s tourist popularity in spring and summer, early hotel booking is highly recommended!

Headquarter Hotel: Holiday Inn Helsinki Expo****
Holiday Inn Helsinki – Expo is connected to the Helsinki Exhibition Centre, Messukeskus in the Pasila business district. Free use of the sauna, fitness centre and WiFi are included.
